March Guild Meeting - Memorial Lecture
March 21, 2019 –
The meeting is a celebration of the Guild's 85th anniversary and the annual Memorial Lecture supported, in part, by contributions by past members to the "Memorial Fund". There will be special refreshments provided, please remember your cup for tea/coffee. The Library will be open. There will not be a Show & Tell.
Doors open at 6:30 - program begins at 7:30
Presenters - Salish Weavers: Hereditary Chief Janice George and Buddy Joseph.
Both of the Squamish Nation they will be sharing their knowledge of wool weaving practiced by their people. They are active weavers and teachers now.
