The Guild has established an account with Zoom to allow us to keep in touch and continue to offer programs during the Covid19 health emergency. AllGuild activities will be presented via this app for the foreseeable future. This new to us technology has allowed us to invite speakers from around the world (England, Mongolia, USA so far) – all with no night time driving!
We are currently seeking volunteers to “host” informal “drop-in” meetings at other times to allow large or small groups to meet and talk about all things fibre. Contact programs@vhwsg.ca if you are willing to host such a session. Training provided.
The guild Zoom account is available for guild members to use for guild related meetings or activities, unless it is being used for a scheduled guild function.
