Indigenous Pueblo Textiles Louie Garcia is a Tiwa/Piro Pueblo fiber artist from Socorro del Sur Pueblo just south of what is today the city of El Paso in Texas, USA. Traditionally, spinning and weaving among the early Pueblos was the
