Business meeting: Approve budget for 2018-19. See attached proposed budget
Activity: Show & Tell – please bring your entries in the Saanich Fair and everything you have been working on over the summer. Don’t forget to fill out a descriptive label (format available on the website) to place with your item on the table. The label not only provides nformation for everyone looking at your item, but is also your entry into the draw for a free membership next year. The format for Show & Tell will be the new one introduced last year – a brief introduction to everyone will be provided by the chair person, then everyone can view the items and their creators up close. It is NOT necessary for creators to spend all their time with their items – we all want to be able to view each others work
