Learn to skirt a fleece and assess its wool qualities. This workshop will reflect the Olds College Fibre Week class on Wool Judging. It will be a hands on examination of a number of different local sheep fleeces. We will review scoring sheets and you will go home with samples. The workshop will be held in a warehouse in Sidney on Saturday, June 1, from 1 pm to 3 pm. Coffee and tea provided.
